Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

 for dinner we had some wonderful pancakes

 they were very easy to make and were delicious

they had little bits of apple running thru them

 they turned out nice and fluffy

we highly recommend them

it only took an egg, a little oil, milk, and a little water

then you mix it all together and add in the apple pancake mix

once they were mixed we put them in a small pan with some pam and waited for the bubbles to rise

and voila... yummy pancakes for dinner

5 minute chocolate fudge

We love the 5 minute chocolate fudge.

It is so easy to make.

I do suggest that you sift the mix before

adding in the milk and butter and

putting it in the microwave for just 2 minutes.

When it comes out you just stir in a little vanilla and

then we put ours in the fridge to firm up...

and man is it good!

I have to hide it so we don't eat it all in one sitting :D

Pause for Patriotism

We had a great time at the Pause for Patriotism festival today!

We saw lots of fly overs and even heard a reenactment going on.

We enjoyed seeing everyone there and even got to see my folks and have dinner with them. :D

It was a great day! :D

Our product line includes gourmet coffees, teas, breads & muffins, desserts, dips, sweet dips, side dishes, meals, cookies & bars, seasonings & spices, soups, and a great sugar free selection.
Each mix is handmade using the finest gourmet ingredients in South East Texas. 

All the dry ingredients are in the package, all you have to do it add a few wet ingredients such as water, sour cream, cream cheese, etc. and tada!
You have a gourmet meal!

It makes cooking very easy and tons of fun for any age!

The Gourmet Cupboard Distributor

Welcome to our blog.

Back in March we were in Mattoon, IL and we stopped at a craft show. While we were there we met Susan Martin. She is a distributor for The Gourmet Cupboard and she had a section of sugar free mixes. I have had a hard time finding sugar free mixes that taste good. So we decided to try them out. We really liked the mix we tasted so we decided to look into selling these mixes.

We have been to two shows and we are really enjoying this new business venture! :D

Up Coming Show

We will be at the Pause for Patriotism festival in Bourbonnais, IL on Saturday May 15th, 2010.

We are really looking forward to this event.
It sounds like it will be a fun time! :D

Some Armed Forces personnel will be there to meet with the children and scouts. There will also be jet fly overs, helicopters, an Abrams Tank, tons of military equipment, demonstrations and entertainment. Also there will be a parade down Broadway street at 11:30AM. 


We will be under the tent with the other crafters and vendors.
The show starts at 9AM and ends at 4PM.
